Fireworks Delivery Terms

Delivery Charges – UK Wide

We work hard to keep delivery charges to a minimum. We are interested in good fireworks at a good price. We will make every effort to dispatch your fireworks within 2-3 working days of receipt of your paid order, or by agreement if you don’t need them quickly.

If you require your fireworks urgently then please call us as soon as you have made your order on 0131 513 9758 & we will arrange to have them with you in time for your event whenever possible.

Absorbing Transport Costs

Fireworks transport has become quite expensive. It typically costs between £30-£50 per delivery using a licensed courier, sometimes more for some areas. With the quantity of stock that we sell, we are able to absorb some of the costs of transport, but not all.

This means that we have a tiered delivery charge for delivering around the UK. The more you spend, the more we can absorb the costs. It just depends on how much you buy.

Calculating The Costs

We have a formula coded into our cart to calculate the costs of shipping depending on how much you are spending and your post code. The price bands that we have set are as follows:

Band 1: Cart less than £100
Band 2: Cart less than £250
Band 3: Cart less than £400
Band 4: Cart less than £600
Band 5: Cart greater than £600

Where the delivery cannot be calculated by the cart, there will be a note on your order to this affect and we will contact you to discuss delivery details.

During our busy periods such as Guy Fawkes and New Year we run our own delivery service.

Point 1:

The earlier you order your fireworks, the better chance we will have to be able to deliver them to you in time for your celebration.

Point 2:

Depending on the number of orders that we have, it may be that we have to ask you to meet us part way at a mutually convenient location.

Point 3:

A minimum order value may be applied depending on how far our team need to travel.

For example: it is not economic for us to deliver 1 pack of sparklers to Kent from Edinburgh!

Point 4:

As you can no doubt appreciate, we endeavor to make our delivery arrangements work for all of our customers. Thank you for working with us on this.

A few additional things to note:

Always be sure to leave your contact details (mobile number, landline number and email address as a minimum) and any special delivery instructions when you make your order. This means we can get in touch with you if there are any issues.
We cannot leave your fireworks with a neighbour if you are out. If we need to return with them, we will need to charge you for a second delivery.
We cannot deliver your fireworks to someone who is under the age of 18. Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is there to receive the fireworks & that they have ID with them. If we need to return with your fireworks because the person receiving the fireworks was unable to prove their age, we will need to charge you for a second delivery.
When placing your order, it would be helpful if you were able to stipulate days or times to avoid for delivery.

We cannot deliver to: BT, EIRE, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW and ZE or to the islands or out with the UK mainland. Sorry. Please give us a call for guidance on remote locations that we can deliver to.
