Delivery & returns
- Always be sure to leave your contact details (mobile number, landline number and email address as a minimum) and any special delivery instructions when you make your order. This means we can get in touch with you if there are any issues.
- We cannot leave your fireworks unattended if you are out. If we need to return with them, we will need to charge you for a second delivery.
- We cannot deliver your fireworks to someone who is under the age of 18. Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is there to receive the fireworks & that they have ID with them. If we need to return with your fireworks because the person receiving the fireworks was unable to prove their age, we will need to charge you for a second delivery.
- When placing your order, it would be helpful if you were able to stipulate days or times to avoid for delivery.

- We cannot deliver to: BT, EIRE, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW and ZE or to the islands or out with the UK mainland. Sorry. Please give us a call for guidance on remote locations that we can deliver to.
